WTP Electrocoagulant Panel Control

PT Akebono required an advanced water treatment system using electrocoagulation technology. We designed and implemented a control panel using Mitsubishi PLC and HMI, featuring high voltage DC electrocoagulation technique. The system controls 7 stations: equalization, filtration, flocculation, root blower, holding tank, sand filter, and reactor station, all managed from a single PLC with a custom orange-themed panel.
