Dikonek (PT Dikonek Automation Indonesia) is an industrial automation and manufacturing software company based in Bandung, Indonesia. We provide 24 service offerings — 14 software solutions such as ERP/MES-to-printer integration, OEE analytics, and barcode/RFID track and trace, plus 10 automation solutions such as PLC programming, HMI development, robot programming, and control panel fabrication.
Our office is at Jl. Raya Nanjung No.16, Kec. Margaasih, Kab. Bandung 40212, West Java, Indonesia — in the Bandung metropolitan area. We deliver projects at manufacturing plants across Indonesia.
We serve 8 industries: manufacturing (FMCG, food and beverage, packaging, metal products), automotive, aerospace, agriculture, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, defense, and utilities. Since 2017 we have delivered 29 projects for 26 industrial clients, including PT Bio Farma, PT Dirgantara Indonesia, PT Wilmar, and PT Pindad.
Software services (14 offerings) cover manufacturing IT: ERP/MES integration, autocoding printer systems, OEE analytics, visual inspection, track and trace, warehouse management, CMMS, and IoT data logging. Automation services (10 offerings) cover the plant floor: PLC, HMI, and robot programming, electrical documentation, industrial panel fabrication, and specialized control systems for incinerators, water treatment plants, and special purpose machines. Most projects combine both.

Dikonek has been operating since 2017 and was officially incorporated as PT Dikonek Automation Indonesia in 2024. Our first project was a BPOM-compliant vaccine serialization system for PT Bio Farma in 2017.
