Leak Test Machine for Toilet

PT American Standard Indonesia required an automated leak testing solution for their toilet products. We developed a machine using Festo PLC and HMI that applies a vacuum suction to the product and holds it at a set pressure for a defined period. If the pressure drops below the threshold during the hold time, the product is rejected. This provides consistent and objective quality testing for every unit.
