Inspection Machine for Carpet Embroidery

PT Belcarina produces carpets for mosques, hotels, and commercial applications. We developed an inspection machine using FESTO industrial cameras to monitor embroidery quality in real-time. When a defect is detected in the embroidery pattern, the system automatically stops the embroidery machine for operator correction. Failed images are saved to a dedicated folder for quality evaluation and process improvement.
