Track and Trace Barcode for Vaccine

This multi-disciplinary project involved automation engineering, software engineering, and design engineering to implement BPOM (Indonesian FDA) centralized data serialization for vaccines. Every vaccine produced at Bio Farma is tracked and traceable through the system. We handled the integration of camera systems with existing machine rejectors across label machines, blister machines, carton feeders, and case packers, feeding reject signals back from cameras to the existing rejection systems.
