SCADA System for NPK Fertilizer Production

PT CAN3 needed to upgrade their NPK fertilizer production line from a basic PLC system to a full SCADA solution. We implemented Wonderware SCADA for real-time monitoring, recipe management, and comprehensive data collection. This upgrade digitalized the entire production line, enabling Industry 4.0 capabilities with better control, real-time visibility, and elimination of paper-based processes.
