Automated Liquid Vape Assembler Machine

PT CMMG needed an automated assembly system for liquid vape products. We developed a complete machine featuring auto-filling with servo-controlled pumps, cap feeding, and labeling. The rotary table method enables high-speed processing at 60-120 products per minute depending on product size. The filling volume is precisely adjustable per millimeter for each SKU through the servo pump system.
