PT Nutricia operates many production lines, each equipped with multiple industrial printers (1 Laser Markem Imaje, 1 TIJ Rynan, and 2 TTO Markem Imaje per line). During batch changes, operators struggled with the time-consuming task of manually configuring each printer. We developed autocoding software that retrieves real-time data from MES and automatically sends the correct template data to all printers on the line simultaneously.
