Barcode Track and Trace Digitalization

PT Pacific Lubritama Indonesia needed to digitalize barcode data on AHM oil bottles for full product traceability. Working with QTrust as the official AHM data vendor, we developed software that uses Cognex smart vision cameras to capture barcode data from each bottle. The data is stored in a local database and automatically uploaded to the QTrust server. A daily batch upload process ensures all production data reaches the central server.
