PT Wilmar manages a large variety of SKUs with different batch codes for domestic and export markets. Manual printer settings led to frequent errors and production downtime. We developed autocoding software that pulls data from MES and sends it to TIJ Markem printers automatically. The system also integrates with a camera for real-time verification that printed codes match the active batch.
