1-Ton Mixer Panel Control

PT Jaya required a robust control system for their 1-ton industrial mixer. Through PT Adibhrata, we designed and implemented a comprehensive panel control system using Omron PLC with HMI interface. The mixer uses a double helix design for accelerated mixing, with automated controls for mixer motor, vacuum motor, chamber opening, and filter. The system features timed directional changes to ensure thorough and even mixing.
