Wafer Pick and Place Automation

PT Ceres needed an automated solution for picking and placing cut wafer products. We developed a servo and pneumatic-driven pick and place system that handles various wafer templates and SKU configurations. Each SKU has different wafer counts per product, and this data is stored in the PLC. During batch changes, operators simply select the template and the pick and place positions adjust automatically.
