Assembly and Quality Test Machine for Jack

PT Menara Terus Makmur manufactures car jacks for Honda. We supplied a panel control system using Omron PLC and HMI for their assembly and quality test machine. The system uses Delta servo motors and Autonics stepper motors with pneumatic actuators, handling multiple jack models through template-based configuration. When operators change batches, they simply select the model and all servo and stepper positions adjust automatically.
