Console Box Assembly Machine for Innova

PT Multi Pratama Interbuana needed an assembly aid system for Toyota Innova console box production. We developed a jig-based assembly system with anti-error (poka-yoke) features. The assembly process follows defined sequences with fiber optic sensors verifying bolt positions at critical points. Buzzers guide operators through each step, indicating when to proceed to the next stage without guessing.
